Smiles for Life Helping to Make Everyone Smile
The Sharp Smile Center team has been bringing smiles to the community for the last 23 years, donating over $120,000 to the Smiles for Life campaign. These donations have been possible through a partnership with the Smiles for Life Foundation and the generous support of participating patients throughout the Kalamazoo area.
2023 Event
Half the funds raised remained local to support summer children’s programs for Family & Children Services. The agency offers behavioral health, child welfare, and crisis intervention services, providing a source of hope to support individuals and families in our community. The other half of the proceeds go to the Smiles for Life Foundation to be distributed to underprivileged children worldwide.
Here, our team is celebrating reaching our fundraising goal for 2023, benefiting our most vulnerable citizens in the Kalamazoo area.
2022 Event
Sharp Smile Center helped patients smile a little brighter when they got their teeth whitened and helped bring a smile to families and children at Bronson Children's Hospital . Over $8,000 was raised and funded the therapeutic art and music programs for young patients. Learn more here (July 2022 blog).

Do-Dah Parade 2023 Kalamazoo's Quirkiest Tradition
Sharp Smile Center’s team had a great time participating in Kalamazoo’s annual Do-Dah Parade. Following the theme “Kalama-SEUSS”: Children’s Stories Take to the Streets!, the team featured “The Tooth Book” by Dr. Seuss.
Bronson Children's Hospital
Run & Walk
“Team Sharpies” had fun participating in Bronson Children's Hospital Run & Walk. We helped raise funds and awareness to support the vital programs for patients and families at Bronson Children's Hospital.
We Got Dirty for Clean Water!
The Mud Run is part of a fund raising effort by the Kalamazoo Community Church, that raises money to drill new wells for a village in Africa.
Customer Appreciation Day

Kiss Cancer Goodbye!
Sharp Smile Center celebrated Breast Cancer Awareness during the month of October. Part of our "fight" for this cause was an office campaign, “Kiss Cancer Goodbye”, to help raise funds for the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk we participated in.
